“You’re clearly quite a fan of Britney’s aren’t you?” asked the interviewer.

Of all the questions I thought I’d never get asked in life, this ranks high; especially when the said question is asked on camera, recording my answer for NBC’s Access Hollywood.

I wanted to protest and hold up my Deacon Blue collection, and play tunes from my iPod that testified to a genuine admiration for all things Coldplay, Rod Stewart, Missy Higgins and Death Cab for Cutie.
